Every day you have a set of self-care practices you do to keep your body healthy, such as washing your face and brushing your teeth. The information presented here will help you make a self-care plan that will clear away many common symptoms.

This course is the phase one plan that I wish every person I worked with could explore before our first appointment.

In many cases, the majority of the symptoms will be addressed when we clear away the clutter. Then we can see the forest for the trees. Once the symptoms that remain become clear, we can be efficient and precise with any labs to order, or targeted therapies to restore function.
