We recommend you schedule an appointment for functional medicine consultation and physical medicine.

Sarah offers Physical medicine to enhance organ function and address pelvic pain. This may include:

  • Abdominal massage in the tradition of Central American and Caribbean Healers

  • Myo-fascial release in the pelvic floor muscles

  • Marma therapy (Ayruvedic Acupressure)

  • Sacral Alignment and injury repair

  • energy work

Functional Medicine often includes lab testing (blood, urine, saliva and/or stool). The purpose is to look for biological processes that are not functioning well, and remove the obstacles. Often this includes both supplemental vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. But also dietary changes, exercise counseling and other self-care practices.

Each visit with Dr Wylie is optimized when the Functional Medicine consult occurs in tandem with the Physical Medicine, because a more complete and comprehensive plan for improving health is more easily accessible.

Dr Wylie will then instruct you how to manage and perform the self-care practices that will optimize energy and vitality. Her particular contribution to health care is the physical medicine which is in full support of healing the feminine form. People who don’t identify as female but would like to nurture the female body parts they were born with will be equally supported.

Fertility Care: Dr Wylie is passionate about assisting people with fertility. A naturopathic doctor is in the optimal position to assist with unexplained infertility due to our training in seeing health in a holistic way. Dr Wylie prefers to begin with both partners, if both are contributing DNA to the project, for reasons that should be obvious. So much of the burden of fertility support falls on the female partner, while male fertility is in a decline globally and rarely discussed. It is best if both partners make time and space for self-care practice that will greatly impact the health of the next generation. Dr Wylie has specialized training in Fertility, Pregnancy, Childbirth and Postpartum Care.

If you live in Vermont or can travel to Vermont, please call 802-399-2082 to schedule an initial visit.
